This Bonus Fund is a collection of monetary contributions into a donation pool to give holiday bonuses to teachers and support staff.

WHY DOES OUR SCHOOL DO THIS?  This Holiday Bonus Fund started years ago with the intention of providing our faculty and staff a way to show our appreciation with a monetary bonus at Christmas time…who doesn't love a little extra cash at the holidays?

Additionally, a Catholic school teacher’s salary is less than a public school teacher’s and this was our way of providing a little extra money to our teachers.

*** This holiday Bonus Fund is in lieu of individual classroom gifts or individual family gifts to teachers and staff!! ***  

HOW DOES THIS WORK? Donations between now and 12/15 are collected and then 100% of the contributions are distributed to teachers and staff in their last paycheck for 2017.

In 2016 over 85% of school families contributed and the average contribution was $68.

The amount of your contribution is at your discretion and is confidential. Teachers are informed of names of families that donated from their class but donation amounts are not shared.
